How a partnership runs

Four phases. Site audit — shaft plumb, pit depth, headroom, dry pit, 3-phase power and lockable storage are verified before any crew or equipment is dispatched. Supervised assembly — brackets, rails, car frame, doors and wiring erected under a Lift4M Lead Field Quality Engineer. Alignment QA — multi-point rail plumb, gap tolerance, car frame levelling and counterweight buffer checks before assembly is called complete. Digital handover — reports, photos, technician logs and quality checklists compiled into one Digital Project Record.
